Sorry, Millennials, only Boomers will be able to recognize these 11 objects
What the heck is that gizmo?

Gadgets and whatnot all kind of look the same today -- flat, sleek, shiny. Back in the day, there were a lot more knobs and chrome.
Below you will find 11 everyday objects from the 20th century. Well, close-up fragments of them.
But we think a Boomer will recognize the whole thing from just a part. You probably have to be Gen-X or older to recognize them all!
Try to guess all 11!
-
What would you do with this object?
-
Where would you find this object?
-
What would this black ribbon help you do?
-
Where would you put these cubes?

What would removing these black plastic tabs do?
-
What would you clean with this?
-
Would would you most likely listen to with this?
-
Where would you find this tennis player?
-
Where would you find this?
-
Where would you find this shiny object?
-
Finally, where would you find all these knobs?
Sorry, Millennials, only Boomers will be able to recognize these 11 objects

I confused the Pee Chee folder with a box for Wheaties cereal as was probably expected to occur but the typewriter ribbon was intimidating .
Well I'm a boomer and I had no idea what #8 was.
I got 10/11 The only one I missed was #8. I thought it was a box of Wheaties.
Have to be a boomer....sorry millennials? Have they forgotten there is a generation in between? Because we X-ers aren't social media hounds constantly drawing attention to ourselves we what..get overlooked? You forget we either grew up with these objects too or we at least recognize them from the movies of our youth :(
11/11. Either I am a boomer, a fan of antiques, or an antique...
Never saw one of those folders on #8. Looks like that lady just blasted that kid with that racket. Maybe my eyes are just too tired . . . Got all the rest, though.
We lived waaay out of town, so my parents discouraged extracurriculars other than chores at home. I carried plain colored folders while many of my friends carried Pee-Chees.
I lived IN town, and I've never heard of Pee-Chees. Must be a local thing making it ineligible for this quiz.
Piece of cake!
Got em all.
Even owned a Vega-Matic......didn't do too well with tomatoes though.

I love old sitcoms and in Perry Mason, a drama I love, there are cigarette machines practically every episode and on an episode of The Facts Of Life there was a cigarette machine in a bus station and there wete vending machines in Eastland School.
I got 9 out of 11. It took me a few minutes to guess that cigarette lighter. It's been a long time since I've seen one. When I was a kid my parents were big time smokers. He died from lung cancer and she has COPD.
What about the church-key can opener?
What good was it financing a derelict to by some beer if you couldn't access product?
