Did this series get a reboot or a reunion?

When did we see our favorite characters again?

We're lucky enough to live in an age of television where a series ending is not the last we'll see of our favorite characters. In this quiz, we'll be giving you a classic television series, and you've got to tell us whether the series was given a cast reunion or a full-on reboot!

If you're fuzzy on the definitions, here's how we're playing it. We consider a reunion to be a standalone episode or short film where we see the original cast, whereas a reboot features a whole television series with a new cast!

If you see a television show that has both reunion and reboot, choose reboot!

  1. The Andy Griffith Show
  2. Green Acres
  3. The Odd Couple
  4. One Day at a Time
  5. The Dick Van Dyke Show
  6. Saved By the Bell
  7. The Waltons
  8. The Brady Bunch
  9. The Twilight Zone
  10. Gilligan's Island

Shouldn't The Brady Bunch Variety Hour count as a reboot?

8/10
I got my bell rung on #6 and my nickers in a bunch on #8. (The movie doesn't cony as a "reboot"?)

9/10. Got "One Day at a Time" wrong but I wasn't a big fan.

Same. It was one of those shows that seemed to be on when nothing better was on.

8/10. Reboots and reunions are never as good as the originals. Shouldn't mess with perfection.

9/10 I thought The Brady Bunch question could have gone both ways. The Brady Bunch Hour had somewhere around 8-9 episodes and that was more like a reboot then a reunion. I know it was a different format so maybe that's way the reunion tag.

The Odd Couple had BOTH reboots (2 - 3 if you count the Neil Simon approved cartoon The Oddball Couple.) and a reunion special, The Odd Couple: Together Again.
Yes, I forgot Oddball Couple, where Felix was a cat [what else?] and Oscar was a dog! It was produced by Hanna Barbera & Paramount!

10/10! Whoo hoo! But the recent Odd Couple reboot was bad!
They didn't even keep the original theme song!
Yes they did! It was a new arrangement!
What was wrong with the classic one?
