Do you know what makes these M*A*S*H episodes unique?

The iconic series pushed the boundaries of what a sitcom could be.

M*A*S*H was unique right from the beginning. The horrific realities of war added a dark undertone that most workplace sitcoms don’t have. However, apart from the setting, it was a conventional show in many ways.

As time went on, it turned into something so much more than a situation comedy. It delved deep into the psyches of its characters and experimented with different filming formats.

Here are ten episodes of M*A*S*H that set it apart from the crowd. Do you know what makes each of these installments unique?

My favorite Episode is LIFETIME, You really get to see them work as a team, I tear up when the soldier asks for the picture of he and his buddy in Tokyo, one minute there buddies on the front lines, the next minute he is gravely injured. That episode tries to show the sacrifice and courage our soldiers display everyday. Sadly, we often forget the freedom we enjoy came at an enormous price! I wish more shows would discuss this! I will always love MASH!

You got 10 out of 10
Did you surrender on some answers or did you battle all the way through?

First season and last season were not great. Everything in between excellent.

I didn't like the ME TV presentation of the MASH finale constantly being interrupted by all the interviews/comments. It should have been presented as it originally was shown.

And this is the reason why I never watched M*A*S*H*
Reason? What reason?
Why? Was the show too "liberal" for you???

I think because the "war" wasn't a war - but the show showed it was

8/10. Missed #2 and #9.
I hesitated with some of these due to the fact that I don't know a lot of episode names, usually just descriptions. But I thought #2 was the one where they go through many years and Col. Potter, dressed up as Father Time, ends every yearly NYE party always saying the same thing, "...as she may be a darn sight better than the last."
