Only a sci-fi film expert can fill in these cult-classic movie titles

The Thing… The Creature… The Brain… from where?

No other decade pumped out low-budget, high-concept and now cult-classic B-movies quite like the 1950s. Often shown together in twos as a double feature, these alien or monster or mad scientist movies ranged from genuinely shocking to laughably weird.

With the rise of nuclear weapons and the onset of the Cold War, many stories revolved around invasions and catastrophe. A number of titles started with Attack of the… or Invasion of the… whatever extraterrestrial or giant bug producers thought would scare audiences most.

Here are ten movies featuring an alien or monster from another realm. We’ve blacked out each title after the word “from.” Can you fill in the names of all these sci-fi films?

Too easy! Still wondering why there are cat women on the moon! Could they be the descendants of the cat stolen by the Chinese moon people in 12 to the Moon?

I have not seen this in quite awhile but sure enjoyed it immensely. One of Comedy, Crime, Romance. We have our 3 main characters which are really good. First one is mega star of the those times with headline hits and Oscar. Next one is a habitual supporting role with the highest awards. Third one not so well known but you seen his face. A not so common first name. Three other actors are well known even decades before this. One had a well known movie series before our Movie Quiz. Another which played a well know character a decade or more before this. Actress that has around 100 credits to her log going back 2 decades from this selection. The movie does not start out to be such fun but when they find what they are looking for the the fun and excitement begins. Where it begins on someone's getaway with larceny of hilarious mischievous goings on. Oh there is a little bit of crime, yes. There's also some romance. But characters involved the fun has just begun. There is also a sour fellow who ends up..........well lets just say departed. On that note you will smile with glee. Oh you will laugh and follow along. Color is great and rating is high (7.5). If you've seen this movie you'll get it. If not I bid you to do so.

It's that time again-Yep Sunday STLDOOS. See who can guess what that means. Since no one last week took on that task i will tell you. Scare The Living Daylights Out Of Someone. It's all in fun though, right. Right now we are showing mostly bargain basement ones from the past that many took to the theaters to watch many decades ago. The good stuff will be coming soon enough. It gives some of you time to find a couple more hands to place over your eyes when things get kind of scary, ha ha.

Our first Horror, Mystery, Sci-Fi none other then This island Earth (1955).
