That wasn't the name of the cartoon! It was Baseball Bugs! I'll always remember when Bugs had to climb up the flagpole on the top of the Empire State Building to catch the last hit! Just when you thought that was the end, they had the Statue of Liberty call the batter out! "That's what the man said!",...LOL! And if i'm not mistaken, the voice of the statue was Bea Benedret!

There is an adult softball league in my hometown, the name of one of the teams is -
you guessed it - The Gas House Gorillas. I won't say what town, Warners goes overboard
with any perceived copyright issues.
I'd sure like a Gas House Gorillas baseball cap though.
