Jack's Last Laugh Punch
Makes 10 servings
Ingredients:
• 20 oz apple cider
• 15 oz orange juice
• 10 oz carrot juice
• 5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 15 oz strongly brewed black tea, chilled
For presentation:

• Ice for serving
Directions:
Brew the black tea slightly stronger than you normally would, then chill completely.
Combine the apple cider, orange juice, carrot juice, lemon juice, and chilled tea in a large pitcher or container.
Refrigerate until very cold.
When ready to serve, transfer the punch to a decorative punch bowl.
Float orange wheels and thin apple slices on top.
Serve individual portions over ice.
Suggested presentation:
Serve in a large punch bowl with a ladle.
Draw simple jack-o’-lantern faces on whole unpeeled clementines using a food-safe black marker and place them around the punch bowl so it looks like a little pumpkin patch.
Graveyard Shift
Ingredients:
• 2 oz hot decaf coffee
• 2 oz warmed chocolate milk
• 1 tsp low-sugar hot cocoa mix
• Tiny pinch of salt
• 1 wide strip orange peel
For presentation:
• Chocolate syrup
• Crushed Oreo cookies
• 1 Milano-style cookie
• Black decorating gel
Directions:
Add the hot cocoa mix and tiny pinch of salt to the hot coffee.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Add the warmed chocolate milk and stir.
Express the orange peel over the surface of the drink by twisting it over the glass to release the oils.
Use the orange peel as a garnish.
Suggested presentation:
Serve in a clear glass mug so the drink remains visible. Serve with a side of graveyard dirt with half of a milano cookie sticking out of the dirt like a grave. Write RIP on the cookie with a food-safe black marker.
Coat one section of the rim with chocolate syrup and press crushed Oreo crumbs into it to create “graveyard dirt” on the mug.
