Are these real Friday the 13th sequels or did we make them up?
Jason appeared in eight different movies between 1980-1989, not to mention the more recent installments. Do you remember each title from this iconic horror franchise?
Horror villains are notoriously hard to kill, especially if audiences will keep paying to see them onscreen. There are many examples of scrappy, low-budget flicks from the late Seventies and early Eighties launching huge franchises with countless sequels.
One of the most iconic names in horror is Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th — a franchise with twelve movies to date, eight of which came out between 1980 and 1989. Each film grew more outlandish than the last and the titles reflected Jason’s ever-crazier escapades.
We’ve taken six real titles from the franchise and mixed them with six fake names we made up. Can you tell the difference?

I liked the one where Jason turned out to be the good guy. It was called "Voorhees: A Jolly Good Fellow".
I somehow scored 12/12 despite having seen only one of the movies. But as a cinema fanatic, I heard about the sequels enough times that I remembered the titles.
Erich Anderson who played Rob in (I think) the Final Chapter? (I'm not a big fan of the 13th series) was a lifelong friend, was in our wedding party/came to our family events for years. He passed away earlier this year (cancer) and is missed. Had a pretty good career (Felicity, Bay City Blues, Thirtysomething, some smaller movie roles) and always stayed a regular guy. He was still going to horror conventions 2 years ago to sign autographs on behalf of Friday the 13th. RIP Erich.
My score says “11 out of 12”. But I went through each question and I don’t have any pink showing. I’m giving myself a perfect score no matter that blurb says!
