7/10. One of the goat Andy episodes for me.
9/10 - now #3 if you got that one right or #10.. something doesn't make sense I thought it was andy doing #3 and #10..for the naysayers - any time Otis in an episode - it's funny and good:)

10 out of 10, definetly a episode I could do without. Some episodes never get old and some are pass that point.
