He won an Academy Award for art direction on John Ford’s “How Green Was My Valley”

Directed 13 episodes of the Great series Lost in Space, most of them were good. He lived to 95.

7/10 I like "20 Million Miles to Earth" and "The Deadly Mantis." Another movie of his that I like is "The 7th Voyage of Sinbad."
