All the best horror films have an equally terrifying tagline, right? Well, we're "tagging" you in and testing your cinema skills! You've got to tell us whether these are legitimate horror movie taglines, or if we're playing a trick on you!

  1. "The night HE came home" was one tagline for the 1978 film, Halloween.
  2. "Don't walk home alone" was a tagline for the 1972 film, The Last House on the Left.
  3. "Honk honk!" was a tagline for the 1988 film, Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
  4. "Three times the fear" was a tagline for the 1975 film, The Trilogy of Terror.
  5. "In space, no one can hear you scream" was one tagline used for the 1979 film, Alien.
  6. "Regan is in for a surprise" was one tagline used for the 1973 film, The Exorcist.
  7. "Highschool is hell" was one tagline for the 1976 film, Carrie.
  8. Also spoken in the film, the line "They're here" served as a tagline to the 1982 film, Poltergeist.
  9. "Watch your back" was a tagline for the 1982 film, The Thing.
  10. "If Nancy doesn't wake up screaming, she won't wake up at all..." was a tagline for the 1984 film, A Nightmare on Elm Street.
