Who wrote these scary books?

Literature to make your skin crawl!

 The Everett Collection

As the temperature cools outside, many of us feel the call to the comforts of a bookshelf. A well-worn paperback, or a brand-new volume, any book can take us where we want to go on a chilly day.

But when the days turn from chilly to chilling, horror is the reason for the season. So let's find out whether you know which name is on the spines of these spine-chilling tales.

Good luck, and be sure to share your score in the comments section below!

  1. Dracula
  2. I Am Legend
  3. The Shining
  4. The Exorcist
  5. Rosemary's Baby
  6. The Haunting of Hill House
  7. Interview with the Vampire
  8. The Call of Cthulhu

9/10. Would've been 10/10, Blatty wrote "The Exorcist", but someone made an error.

10/10. I’ve spent a lot of time in the rows of books in the library and book stores and always find some treasures at the second hand stores.

My favorite book club is the cookbook club. We pick a cookbook, everyone picks a recipe. We meet the following month for lunch in the community room at the library.

I thought my working in a library might help my score on this one, but nope. Not many of these books come across my desk.

8/10. Have not read any of them, but somehow knew most of the answers. Spooky.

Thanks for that.
