Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Mash Mayday is extending into June? I don't mind :)

Mash Maydays was enjoyable seeing special highlight shows for Hawkeye, Margaret, Radar, Potter (and BJ the wk of 5/29). Could we have a special Klinger week?

It's nice that the cast members on M*A*S*H have reunited when they could over the years.

Thanks for posting the pics. I've never seen those before.

These are old pictures of the cast when TV Land did the TV Land Awards. I believe Mash was one of the first shows they honored. They pretty much honored the big shows.
You can tell by the award they are holding.

Just the last photo is the TV land awards. The top one of Alan Alda and Mike Ferrell was recent for the 50th anniversary of Mash. The 3rd one is Loretta Swift and Jamie Farr from The prestigious EMMY awards!

It looks like their running a few wedding based episodes on Sunday June 4th. However not a change to any of the programs though. Perhaps that will be the theme for this Summer? Thanks for the share though.

Well, "Hopefully" more than "Might"- A change in programs- like they did last Summer was a nice change- where they featured a different series each Sunday. Not just plugging a theme such as the pic you posted.

Malibu Creek State Park holds its own bit of Hollywood history. The exterior set for the long-running television show M*A*S*H.

Here are a few exterior shots in MCSP, minus the tents,Jeeps, and other things that were used to dress the set, while the series was being filmed.

Yes I thought so as well. Who would have thought a State Park would lend so well as a setting for the series. The beauty of imagination !

Yes there are numerous Youtube videos on the setting used for the M*A*S*H exterior scenes. It would be cool if one could see the sound stage at Fox Studios in Century City( where the interior shots were filmed) Unfortunately, the Fox Studios lot is private and not open to the public.

Other Unforgettable M*A*S*H Characters:

Lt Colonel Henry Blake

Major Charles Emerson Winchester III

Nurse Margie Cutler

PA Announcer - Sal Viscuso

Sergeant Zelmo Zale

Major. Sidney Freedman

Trapper John McIntyre

And A Special Thanks to:

Burt Metcalfe, Gene Reynolds and Larry Gelbart.
For all their efforts and hard work in the production of M*A*S*H.

The worst character on Mash is Trapper John. Equally I am not a fan of Wayne Roger’s and his performance. It’s funny how an actors ego can really inflate to have them believe they can do better than the hit show they are on. Frank Burns character was a one dimensional. There literally is no other way to play that character when you think about it. If he took Frank to being soft on the guys it would change the tattle tale baby his character was. At least he understood that as an actor whereas Wayne Rogers really thought he was worth more and brought more than Alan Alda.
The 1st rule of being a working actor is no part is too small and leave your ego at the door if you ever want to work again in Hollywood

Frank Burns. He was a jerk but Larry Linville and the writers made him funny. " It was a great war until you guys showed up." lol

I'm still not clear how there's any time for watching, when so much transposition is going on from YouTube and listing HD references. Wouldn't it be nice to sit back and just enjoy the episode?

Re-post: Fixed a few errors.just fyi.

I'm scratching my head on the cross-talk thing.
" But I guess w/e floats your boat or to each their own."

Wait....there's always " Alexa" or is it "Alyssa" or "Amanda".....?

What's totally curious is. There aren't 369 comments about MASH here. But maybe that's the data they're showing the sponsors, anyway.

It's not that they don't want to. But sometimes the way the original series was produced doesn't fit the transmission standards of today. Film is more conducive to digital quality.

Where they've put it, in this marketplace, is to be an alternative to the Late Night News. And to quickly bridge viewers into Perry Mason. The timeslot won't accommodate the longer version.

It would be good to subscribe to Catchy Comedy (formerly Decades). Those sitcoms would fit perfectly into their comedy formula. It's probably poised for rotation since Weigel has an extensive library.

You have an active, creative imagination. And picked an equally imaginary story premise featured in My Favorite Martian. I can't remember, but did UNCLE Martin possess the power to disappear and reappear, not sure.
