David Graham has passed away.

His acting career spanned over seventy years and his work has impacted many childhoods. His first voice acting work was on the British children's television series Four Feather Falls in 1963. From there he performed voice work in Supercar and Stingray. He notably played Mat Matic and Lieutenant Ninety in Fireball XL5. Alongside fellow voice actor Peter Hawkins, Graham co-originated the voice of the Daleks on the original Doctor Who series. One of his most iconic performances was providing the voice for Big Brother in the Apple Mac: 1984 short.

One of his favorite cartoon franchises to work with was Thunderbirds. He voiced four of the main characters: Gordon Tracy, Brains, Aloysius Parker, and Kyrano. He appeared in the original series and spinoff movies, and he even returned for the reboot Thunderbirds are Go where he reprised his role as Parker and also voiced Braman and Vic. He retired from the Thunderbirds series in 2021.

Most recently, Graham's voice acting career took him to one of the most popular children's television shows of all time: Peppa Pig. He played Grandpa Pig.

The news of Graham's death was broken by the X account for Thunderbirds creator Gerry Anderson, which read: "We’re incredibly sad to confirm the passing of the legendary David Graham. The voice Parker, Gordon Tracy, Brains and so many more. David was always a wonderful friend to us here at Anderson Entertainment. We will miss you dearly, David. Our thoughts are with David’s friends and family."

The voice actor was 99 years old.

At the very least, a picture of him would have been nice.

It would've been nice if the above had told us minor stuff like where Graham was born and got his training. Just because he worked in British TV doesn't necessarily mean that he was British, especially since most of the characters in the Gerry and Sylvia anderson marionette shows had American accents.

I was unaware of most of his accomplishments as a voice actor. However, he did enrich my childhood, my son's childhood, and even that of my grands. A lifetime of making kids happy is a great legacy. Thank you Mr. Graham.

I'm really enjoying the MeTV cartoon Channel airings of the "Supermarionation" shows.

Thunderbirds is the best, but I love the theme to Supercar!

Great voice work by the whole cast in the shows, which added a lot.

One of my favorite lines: "Yes, Milady."

I was an absolute fan of "Thunderbirds", but I noticed that while the closing credits showed the names of the voice actors - including the creators Gerry and Sylvia Anderson - they never showed who did which part.
I really didn't care much for the reboot showing a much more futuristic version of the Tracy family and Thunderbird machines. I always wondered how Brains was able to design the Thunderbird machines and the launch and storage facilities and where Jeff Tracy was able to get all the money to build everything. You would think that he was at the least a multi-millionaire - for those times (the times being 1966) at least.

I appreciate this memorial to David Graham. I know his name now. It would be good to see at least one photo of him so I can know his face also.

I don't know if you noticed that the face is that of Gordon Tracy and not that of David Graham.
Anyways, 99 years old, God Bless him.
