Ron Howard and Henry Winkler reunite with ''Happy Days'' co-stars after 50 years
Pittsburgh 2025? More like Milwaukee 1974!

Pittsburgh was home to a major classic TV reunion in April 2025, as reported by People.com
The city's annual Steel City Con hosted an instantly-legendary reunion of some beloved sitcom stars when the core four Happy Days friends gathered for the first time in 50 years. Ron Howard, Henry Winkler, Don Most, and Anson Williams appeared together for the first time in public since 1975. While they were onscreen together for most of the '70s, the quartet was never onstage in this way, as they answered questions in a panel discussion at the event.
Before the event, Winkler explained the significance in an interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: “We have been together. We see each other, we talk to each other, support each other,” he said. “But this is the first time we will be together in a public setting.”

In a video shared on the Steel City Con's Instagram page, Winkler said, "This is the first time we've appeared this way in 50 years."
"It feels like 50 minutes," Ron Howard said in response. "It does. We're having so much fun hanging, and this is sort of our great excuse to come together, so thank you." Howard continued to profess how fun the convention was and how much he enjoyed the fans' energy and response to the Happy Days panel.
The Steel City Con reunion must've had the one-time costars feeling nostalgic. Howard admitted that he hadn't watched an episode in years. But then, waiting for a recent flight, he decided to watch Happy Days in preparation for the then-upcoming panel.
It helped him remember what made that show so special. He said, "I know why the show was a hit: it was good. And we were good.”
“We were so cohesive as an ensemble unit,” Howard added. “We really connected in a great way. And it’s one of the reasons the show has endured.”
