Hordes of Hearses and Sven Too! Lombard IL This Saturday!

I just wanted to remind you that I'll be making a return appearance at the Hardcore Hearse Club's big hearse show at the Brauerhouse- this Saturday! I'm signing and taking pictures with guests from 5 to 7 pm. There is an admittance fee. The Brauerhouse is located at 1000 N. Rowling in Lombard (right at North Ave. and 355). The hearse show itself starts at 2 pm, and later in the evening there will be "live" music (which may seem unusual for a hearse show)! We were very impressed by the wide assortment of classic hearses,tricked-out funeral cars, and more that were on display last year- and expect another amazing showcase for sure this year! If YOU have a hearse you'd like to show, you can drive it to the event and register! There are lots of vendors and entertainment (also, food and drink, naturally), so there's plenty to keep you busy! We will have Sven t shirts and button sets for purchase.

The Rondo awards ceremony was this past weekend, and, though I wasn't able to attend, I did send an acceptance video. I understand my Rondo is being shipped to me even as we speak, so we will hopefully be able to show it to you in one of our mail segments next month! thanks to David Colton  of the Rondos board,and Elizabeth Haney of Acme Design Inc. for the assistance in getting the honored award to me.

I want to also inform those of you who have ordered Sven shirts on our site- the demand for shirts has been exceptionally high lately- and our fulfillment staff  tells me they are working feverishly to get the orders sent out. Please be patient- your order has NOT been forgotten about- they are working overtime to catch up!

Those of you who asked if we could run stuff a bit more classic than "Curucu" will undoubtedly  welcome the next couple week's worth of Sven shows! Please come back here Saturday for the preview of this week's show!
