Major Sven Events: Taphouse This Saturday- Flashback in August!

Just thought we'd give you a quick reminder of some fun Sven stuff coming up, for those of you who want to meet Sven  in person, get some merchandise, have some great food, attend a one-of-a-kind event- you choose!

First up- this Saturday, July 26th, come meet me at the Taphouse Grill ! This outstanding  restaurant chain has several locations in our area, and we're very happy to be hitting the one located in Des Plaines! I'll be there from 1 to 3 pm- so come on in- not only can you visit with me, get an autograph, take a photo, and pick up Sven merchandise- the Taphouse has some Sven specials on the menu! For the adults, they also have a fantastic beer selection, as well as their usual food menu. The Taphouse is located in downtown Des Plaines, at 1472  market Street! I'm hoping some of my old Maine East high school pals who may still live in the area will drop by to say hello!

Then, coming up August 8 and 9, we have big plans for Flashback Weekend at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare in Rosemont! On Friday night,the 8th, as part of the special package they are offering for a special"last time" photo op with Robert Englund in his Freddy Krueger make-up, I am honored that they have asked me to do a live on stage talk show- with Robert, in full make-up, as a special guest! there are plans for additional guests and surprises- and it's sure to be a memorable final appearance of the fantastic Mr. Englund as Freddy!

Then,Saturday, it's our usual Flashback gig- signing autographs  from 2-4 pm, followed by me hosting the always fun Costume Contest!
