Reminder: Hot Times at the Hardcore Hearse Show This Saturday!

Just a quick reminder for those within driving distance of Lombard, IL.- we'll be dropping in for our annual visit to the Hardcore Hearse show this Saturday afternoon! The weather folks are predicting some steamy weather, but it's always a hot time at the Brauerhouse- with an amazing collection of hearses, classic and customized, on display- plus vendors and live music!

I'm signing and posing for photos with you from 5 to 7 pm- as I've mentioned before, we always end up having to cut the line earlier than the stop time to make sure we'll have everybody in line served by the time we have to leave- so-PLEASE- if you want to meet me, and get an autograph, get in line early!  We will have a limited number of Sven t-shirts for sale at this event.

You'll find the Brauerhouse at 1000 N Rohlwing Road ( North Avenue and Route 53) in Lombard. The Brauerhouse does have an admission fee, so please be aware of that (and that they have a fine full menu of food and drink)- and also be aware that the hearse show is happening BOTH Saturday and Sunday- but I will only be there on Saturday for those appointed hours.  Hope to see a lot of you there!

Also- we have been trying to figure out why last Saturday's blog post about "She-Wolf of London" did not get posted as scheduled- and have yet to figure out the glitch. It was written and scheduled ahead of time, but, when I got to it Saturday, it was marked "schedule missed"?! I went in, copied the entry, and posted it immediately- and then, I guess not long after, the original post finally went up- no idea why. That's why there were duplicate postings. So- should you NOT find the post this Saturday, please don't be worried that something sinister has happened to me (though I am touched by your concern!). I'll try to double check by morning if the dastardly blog delay has struck again, and rectify same.
