Sven Appearances to Check 0ut!

This past Saturday was a lot of fun- our visit to the Lombard Jaycees Haunted House brought out plenty of Sven fans, as did the Santa's Village appearance-yes, in spite of cold weather and some rain, we had a HUGE turn-out! Meanwhile- are we hitting the road again this week? You bet we are! here's the rundown:

Thursday night- 10/24/13- I am proud to be appearing with the Northern Indiana Symphony at the Star Plaza Theater in Merrillville, Indiana- I'll be doing a signing starting at 6:30- and the concert begins at 7:30, with a cameo or two by me! Friday night, the 25th- put on your best costume and get ready for some great wrestling - it's "Welcome to My Nightmare!"- a full card of wrestling action combined with Halloween hijinks with Resistance pro Wrestling in Willowbrook, IL! All the wrestlers will be in costume, and you should be too- there will be costume contests for all ages! I'll be there for a meet and greet, along with the wrestlers, at 6 pm- the bell sounds at 7:30- and I might just do more signing at intermission (yes, Sven merchandise will be available)! Lots of fun and grappling- and, I hear Billy Corgan will be there as well! Get ready to rumble early- it could sell out- at the Barn at Arabian Knights Farms- 6526 Clarendon Hills Road in Willowbrook!  More info at www.resistancepro.com

Saturday night the 26th- we return to the biggest Halloween street party in the area- at the zombie-infested "Nightmare on Chicago Street" in Elgin ! Put on your costume- and make your way to the  safe zone on Chicago Street for two stages of entertainment, live music, vendors, food, the costume contest, and surprises- including whatever zombies make it through  the barriers!! The event goes from 6 to 11pm, and I'll be there signing from 8:00 to about 9:45-then I'll head on stage to host the costume contest! There are always great costumes, and I'm happy to be returning to Elgin for the fourth time for all the festivities. More information is available at www.nightmareonchicagostreet.com !!!
