Wind Up the 2012 of Sven with Good Marx

Thanks to everyone who wrote to let us know that they got a Sven t-shirt-and/or button set- as a gift, and were thrilled to recieve said items! Meanwhile, strange things will happen on our show tonight- as I attempt my own Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde formula , mixed with duck soup- and undergo a shocking transformation. Not only that, but- recalling an old New Year's Eve tradition in our home base of Chicago of showing Marx Brothers flicks- we wind up our year of programs with one of the brothers' best-"Duck Soup"! See Groucho take over a country and do his best to bring it into combat with a neighboring nation. I know some will complain that it isn't a horror movie- but, as I said last week- we've had enough real-life horror in the past couple weeks (in my life as well)-that some comedy relief seems appropriate. I promise this will be it, as far as comedy movies, for a while! "Duck Soup" is served tonight on the Me-TV network at 10 pm eastern/9 pm central (and please check your local listings for time in your area)- and, in Chicago, you can catch "Abbott and Costello Go to Mars" one more time at 11 am on WCIU.Also, comedy fans, you can tune in "Stooge-a-palooza" tonight at 7 pm on our Chicago MeToo station-before it goes away on hiatus for a while.
