Winding Up Halloween Appearances!

Posted on October 29, 2013

The Halloween season has been  a lot of fun for us- and, I hope, the many fans who came to visit with us- BUT-  it ain't over 'til it's over after Halloween itself!

If you can stay up really late tonight(Tuesday) I'll be on with my friend Nick Digilio just after 2 am on WGN radio- 720 AM. It's been a Halloween tradition That I chat with Nick right around Halloween, so I don't want to miss that chance- again, WGN is a "clear channel" station- meaning it can be heard around the country- so, our remote Sven fans may be able to tune in!

On Halloween day itself- I start off my day right at our home studio complex, as I spend an hour with the lovelies Melissa Forman and Jeanne Sparrow on "You and Me This Morning" starting at 7 am on WCIU- the U! They promise to surprise me with their costumes for that hour- I don't think I want to miss that!

Then, we'll head back to WGN radio at 10:35 am for a  visit with  more old friends- Bill Leff and Wendy Snyder- broadcasting from the showcase studio on Michigan Avenue, so you can watch the show as well as listen! Rumor has it another dear friend of mine might show up with some treats! Any visit with Bill and Wendy guarantees plenty of laughs- so it'll be a great finish to our Halloween season tour.

But wait- there's more! ALL day and night- actually starting the night BEFORE Halloween- I'll be popping up briefly here and there to celebrate some Halloween-themed episodes on the Me-TV network! See a wide variety of your favorite Me-TV shows with scary themes! It's a trick-or-treat bag  of classic TV -with lots of different treats, all Thursday!

Check back soon for a peek at this weekend's Sven feature that kicks off a month long "FrankenFest"-plus, I'm hoping to write a very special blog sometime this weekend, reflecting on an event that happened just about a year ago.
