For a small town, Mayberry certainly had a lot of people who showed up for one episode and then disappeared. The population, it seems, was in a constant state of flux.

Now that I think of it, wasn't he the guy Andy had a meeting with in "Barney's Physical" about the new restrictions on Sheriff's personnel.
Just looked it up, the credits do have him listed as "Mr. Bronson"

She was the little girl in the Christmas episode. Sam, Bess, Billy, and Effie Muggins.
