Did the Darlings sing these songs on The Andy Griffith Show, or did we make them up?
As Briscoe Darling likes to say, ''A-one, and a-two, and a-way we go!''

It's always a treat on The Andy Griffith Show when the Darlings come to town. The singing Appalachian clan doesn't appear too often, but when they do, it always results in a bluegrass jam, a rare and welcome opportunity to see Sheriff Taylor really play his guitar.
In each of their six appearances on the show, the Darlings (played by the real-world bluegrass group the Dillards) brought a hefty handful of folk tunes down from the mountains that give cause for a solid foot-tapping and a roaring good time.
We've compiled a list of their songs -- and mixed in a few phony titles of our own.

7/10; missed 4, 5 and 7. I have seen all of the episodes but it was hard to remember the name of all of their songs.
7/10. I’m a second cousin from the next holler. They did dueling banjos? Wow...have to watch for that one. Always loved the Darlings being from up in the hills and have Martin guitars!
9/10 You're basically part of the family! You are Darling professional!
You forgot to mention the time The Darlings did Inna Gadda Da Vida!
It took up half the show.
It took up half the show.
I absolutely loved when the Darling's sang! I could listen to them all day...or at least part of it! 🎵🎶🎻
3/10! And i have a few complaints: 5 is a song associated with the Smothers Brothers and 8 came from Deliverance!
But the Darlings sang and played both on the show, and in the case of Dueling Banjos, the episode aired almost 10 years before the movie. And neither is a song MeTV made up for purposes of the quiz.
I got them all right, but the "official" score message at the end still hasn't materialized. I know it's not my computer because I just did 2 other quizzes and got the score at the end.
