Can you complete the names of these popular candies from the 1970s?
Do you remember all these Rings, Caps and Pops?
You can probably credit (or, if you are a dentist, blame) Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory. The smash 1971 film, based on the beloved Roald Dahl book, led to an influx of wild and wacky new candies. More and more creative candies started to show up in checkout aisles throughout the 1970s.
In other words, it was an awesome decade for trick-or-treating.
Thankfully, for younger generations, most of these candies remain popular favorites today. They were all introduced in the 1970s. See if you can fill in the blanks!

9 of 13! I really thought I would get them all with my sweet tooth and love of candy. But I couldn’t for the life of me remember the names. Mom always insisted that if I was going to buy candy to spend my money on the ones that I knew to be really worth it! The old standards. 😋😂😁
Being born in the early 60’s I thought I would have gotten them all right but I still missed two of them...hmm it’s still fun...
Good quiz bit I never thought of gum as candy. You really don't eat it you just chew it. Just a thought. Peace.
