Brandy reminds of us kids stopping uncle Anthony in his red 67’ Cougar. This song was playing and he was picking up his date. BTW-10/10

9/10 missed the Bee Gees one. I never knew they were saying "Fanny" in that song until now lol.

Looking Glass was a one hit wonder frat band at Rutgers, in New Brunswick, NJ.
They flourished there and on the general Jersey scene, down the shore, etc, both before and
after "Brandy". Damn good band.

3. Simon &. Garfunkel didn’t have a specific name for the song, initially using Mrs. Roosevelt. When Mike Nichols used their song Sounds of Silence for his movie, The Graduate, they used the name Robinson to tie in the character in the movie.

4. Original title was Help Me, Ronda, which was released on The Beach Boys Today album. It was remade as Help Me, Rhonda for the single.
