TNG swiped the plot, "The Book" etc for the episode where the away team visits a 20th century casino
on a asteroid. Deep Space Nine as well, that one was terrific but it's been so long since I saw these
two episodes I can't recall their titles.
It could be The Untouchables "in Space" which was also a Desilu Produced series 1959-1963 with Robert Stack as Elliot Ness.
