"I have so many responsibilities."

Many believed that when Farrah Fawcett left Charlie’s Angels, the world was her oyster. Though the actor only starred in one season of the hit series, it jump-started her acting career, and she quickly transitioned into film.

“I feel more pressure now than ever before,” Fawcett said during an interview with the Dallas Times Herald. “I have more control over my life now, but everything is also a major decision. I have so many responsibilities.”

Fawcett was solely focused on each project she dedicated herself to, even as she remained a guest star on Charlie’s Angels. “When I am doing a film, I devote myself to the film,” said the actor. “I do a few interviews or anything else...Then I’ll do another Charlie’s Angels...I stay very busy, but I like staying busy. I believe having to stay up every day keeps me sharper.”

Ultimately, Fawcett felt her departure from the series was for the best. “I left Charlie’s Angels because I felt creatively stifled,” she said. “Now, when I go back to Charlie’s Angels, it is so much better. I have a chance to work with the writers on the script and the director. I can treat it like a business. I could not do that before.”
