Get ready to enter Dave’s pop culture paradise!

May. 10, 2026

Dave calls his collection the "House of Collection," and he loves sharing it with friends and family. Today, it’s your turn — he’s showing it off to friends and fans of Collector’s Call!

Some of his favorite items include hard-to-find pinball machines, toys and games from his childhood, and even a broken, autographed guitar from a member of KISS.

Dave’s lifelong passion has been collecting games and toys that meant something to him while growing up. For him, it’s all about reconnecting with childhood memories. He started collecting at just 6 years old, and his hobby has only grown ever since.

A scuba instructor by day and collector by night, Dave owns more than 50 pinball machines, along with a wide variety of pop culture collectibles. Take a look!

1. Indiana Jones Pinball Machine

This Indiana Jones pinball machine dates back to 1993, and Dave couldn’t resist adding it to his collection when he came across a mint-condition, all-original version.

He loves Indiana Jones, and the game itself has become one of the most sought-after pinball machines among collectors. Fewer than 2,000 were made, and many are no longer in great condition because they were heavily played over the years.

Not this one, though. Dave’s machine has been carefully preserved and still looks treasure-worthy decades later.

According to our expert, the machine is worth about $15,000 because of its rarity, excellent condition, and the work Dave has put into making it really shine. For pinball collectors, finding one this nice is like discovering the Holy Grail.

2. Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle Toy

One of Dave’s favorite childhood toys was the Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle. As a kid, he would stay up late for hours watching Evel’s daring jumps on TV. Did you?

This particular toy, however, never took any jumps off the couch or suffered any crash landings. Dave’s version is mint in the box and has never been opened.

He bought it in 2022, and for Dave, it’s a direct throwback to his childhood.

According to our expert, the toy is worth around $1,500 because of its rare condition. For collectors, finding one this pristine is a jump above the rest.

3. Gilligan's Island Radio Replica Prop

From high-tech pinball machines to an old-school radio, Dave’s collection covers it all. This is a 1965 Packard Bell radio and is the same model used on Gilligan's Island.

Gilligan’s Island has always been Dave’s favorite classic TV show. He used to watch it every day after school, and now he owns a piece of the series right in his own home. All he needs now is a deserted island and a three-hour tour.

To make the radio look even more like the one seen on the show, Dave added an antenna and essentially created his own at-home prop replica.

According to our expert, it would be worth around $1,000 today.

4. Vintage Monopoly Game

This is another piece of Dave’s childhood! But what makes this one especially special is that it dates back to 1946, making it an early edition of Monopoly.

The game is still complete, with no missing pieces — not even any missing Monopoly money. It still has its original cash, cards and game pieces, which is rare for a set this old.

This version also looks a little different from the Monopoly games sold today, showing just how much the classic board game has changed over the decades. With thousands of editions and a history dating back to the Great Depression, Monopoly remains one of the most recognizable board games in the world.

According to our expert, this set would be worth around $350 today. It may not have cost Dave Boardwalk prices to buy, but it’s certainly worth collecting.

5. Medieval Madness Pinball Machine

This pinball machine is called Medieval Madness, and it is one of the most sought-after pinball machines of the 1990s. The game features an exploding castle, a fire-breathing dragon and plenty of silly, Monty Python-style humor. One of the princess voices even comes from comedian Tina Fey.

Originally released by Bally in 1997, Medieval Madness became an instant favorite among pinball fans because of its unique gameplay and over-the-top comedy. Dave’s machine is a rare Royal Edition remake, produced in limited numbers with upgraded features and higher-quality details.

The machine was so popular that it became the first pinball machine ever chosen for a remake release, and only 80 Royal Edition versions were made.

According to our expert, this version would be worth around $17,000 today because of its rarity and condition. In fact, the expert says they have never even seen one listed for sale.

6. Smashed & Autographed KISS Guitar

Dave has been a fan of KISS since he was 10 years old. This guitar belonged to Paul Stanley and was one he would famously break at the end of every show.

Dave had the opportunity to attend a meet-and-greet with him, where he purchased this special piece—or, more accurately, these special pieces.

The guitar is signed by Paul Stanley and also includes a microphone. It means a great deal to Dave because his entire family now shares his love of KISS, and it has become a passion they all enjoy together.

According to our expert, it is especially significant because it comes from the band’s last stop on their final show in Chicago.

It would be worth about $17,000 today, but Dave would never part with it.
