Meet Josh Holbrook: Inside the Collection

Check out a "pizza" this collection!

Jun. 28, 2026

Josh Holbrook's pizza parlor located inside a former elementary school is already remarkable, but wait until you see his extensive pop culture memorabilia collection!

Items from TV, vintage restaurant memories, and an item that may be worth a small fortune are all included in this jam-packed collection. Will the pizza maker bite at the item up for trade, or will he decide to keep the whole pie?

Take a look!

1. Laverne & Shirley and Archie & Edith wax figures

Josh bought these from a friend at the Roscoe Auto Mall who has a similar collection. The two iconic TV duos cost him $1,000 overall.

Being life-size actually impacts their value, since you need somewhere big enough to store them (like a school turned pizza parlor!) Because of that it can be harder to find a buyer.

If Josh were to find the right collector, they could be worth $3,000 to $4,000.

2. Beverly Hillbillies wind-up toy

Josh found this at a yard sale, where he paid $30 for it.

With Jethro, Pa, Elly May, and Granny, this toy has the whole core cast for any fan of The Beverly Hillbillies.

Today it would go for between $100 and $200.

3. Life-size Simpsons figures

Josh wanted these figures, a theater promotional display for The Simpsons Movie, ever since they came out. But finding a whole set was hard, and finding one in good condition was even harder. Finally in 2018, he was able to track down a set in Memphis for $1,500.

Since the Simpsons are such beloved pop culture figures, today the set would go for about $8,000

4. McDonald's PlayLand Train

This train hails from 1972, when McDonalds rolled out their PlayPlaces and PlayLands.

Josh was going to buy a McDonalds Apple Tie Tree when the seller offered him this train as well. He snagged it for $500.

McDonalds collectibles are a hot market right now, so this train could go for $2-3,000!

5. The Ultimate Warrior Figure

This collectible is something of a mystery! It's an Ultimate Warrior figurine from the LJN wrestling figurines collection. This one is some kind of prototype.

As it is, it's worth $500-600. But if Josh is able to get it certified as authentic, that figure could grow to over $30,000!

6. Animatronic band

This band came from a resort called Pheasant Run. When it closed down, the auction was huge, and Josh was able to get these guys for $500.

Again, there's the problem of storing something this size, but our expert puts their value at $1,000.
