There was a lot of overlap between the tense dramas of Perry Mason and the unusual circumstances presented on The Twilight Zone. Not only were these two highly acclaimed shows on air for much of the same time, but any time Rod Serling's episodes took us into a courtroom, they could practically feel like the same show, between the glamorous actors and actresses and the gritty scenes that played out in both.
Today, we're going to see if you can tell the difference between courtroom drama on Perry Mason and similarly charged moments largely forgotten from The Twilight Zone.
Keep in mind: Some of these scenes were drawn from unusual episodes of Perry Mason, where the TV lawyer found himself in a different courtroom, or some even where the star of the show didn't appear at all.
