Are you more like Jim Reed or Pete Malloy from Adam-12?

Which half of this dynamic TV duo matches your personality?

Jack Webb’s follow-up to his revamped Sixties Dragnet followed patrol officers instead of detectives but kept the same commitment to realism and procedural accuracy. The resulting show, Adam-12, has become a classic due in large part to the likeability of main characters Jim Reed and Pete Malloy, played by Kent McCord and Martin Milner, respectively.

When the show begins, Jim is an eager but naïve rookie fresh out of the academy and Pete a hardened veteran considering retirement. Over the course of seven seasons, they become friends and partners who have each other’s backs through thick and thin.

Who do you relate to more, Officer Reed or Officer Malloy? We’ve devised a quiz to determine which one best matches your personality. Answer the questions below and find out who you would be in Adam-12!

Pete Malloy.

Someone once said to me "Just because it's always been done this way, doesn't mean there isn't a better way". I say "if it ain't broke, if the system works, don't (for Pete's sake) do not change it."

it says malloy for me, which in retrospect isn't that surprising. he's admittedly very autistic coded.

Pete Malloy...yes
Martin Milner is 1 of my favorite actors along with Claude Akins.
Hey, MeTv should bring the 70's truckin show Movin On to the channel. It was a good show.

To this day truckers say "do it like Pruitt" though some may not know the show.
It was President Ford's favorite. The first year was the best.
The 2nd year the series was moved to an earlier slot and the scripts were not as adult.
Also almost all the 2nd year shows were filmed in NC to save money, but it's a beautiful
state and they used real life locals in bit parts or crowd scenes.
Essentially it is a take off on Route 66 starring Martin Milner and George Maharis,
in fact Maharis appears on Movin On.
Sheree North is terrific as Sonny Pruitt's ex wife, she still had "it". To spare.

My Mom loved that show! They should take out one of the M*A*S*H hours and replace it with Movin On
