Can you finish the lyrics to the biggest songs of the 1980s?
When it comes to hit songs from the 1980s, we'd be hard pressed to find one that we're unfamiliar with. However, no matter how many times you've heard a song, sometimes it turns out that you don't know all the words by heart!
We've gone through the Billboard 100 charts and found the No. 1 charting song from each year of the '80s. The only catch is, we don't tell you the name of the song until you answer the question ... and we've taken one word out of a verse. It's up to you to fill in the blank. Good luck!

8/10. I was a teenager in the 70s, so the top 40 was just beginning to get away from me at this point. When I think of the 80s now, I think of the Pet Shop Boys, Sting/The Police, Culture Club, and Simply Red.
10/10 - I grew up on all those songs. I still love the '80s and have introduced my teenage daughter to it.
4/10 and I'm surprised that I got that many right. Was the absolute worst at remembering song lyrics! Remember "life would be ecstasy you and me endlessly"? I heard 'you and me and Leslie' and she turned out great too!😂😎
In 8, all the kids the marketplace actually say "Way-yo, Way-yo, walk like an Egyptian". In fact, asking for Way-yo would have been more creative than marketplace!
7/10, should've known better.
