Can you guess the sitcom from ONE word in its theme song?

Can you "place" these "famous" songs?

The best TV theme songs were made for sitcoms we watched from the 1960s to the 1990s, with some even turning into earworms, stuck in our heads for ages.

That said, do you think you know a hit sitcom based on just one word from its catchy theme?

Good luck!
  1. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: FATEFUL
  2. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: PLACE
  3. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: FAMOUS
  4. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: GOLD
  5. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: IMPOSSIBLE
  6. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: HOMEWORK
  7. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: WORTHWHILE
  8. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: PIE
  9. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: BEES
  10. Pick the sitcom with a theme song that includes the word: BABY

Can you guess the sitcom from ONE word in its theme song?

I actually got all of them because the Facts of Life question wasn't worded correctly so it's disqualified.

I disagree with two answers. Cheers actually has "place" in the longer intro, and Facts of life "be" is not "bees!" "Be" is also only said once, and season 1 doesn't even say it. I even looked up the lyrics to make sure I was right. (the birds and bees is on a different song with "facts of life" in the song, but not the show!)

#9 was actually not phrased correctly. They must have got it mixed up with other facts of life song that was a top 40 hit. season 1 and on only say "be" once, but spelled be not bees...

Bonus Question: What cartoon theme had the word "parachuting"?
cperrynaples cperrynaples 71 months ago
No one got it! The correct answer was Tennessee Tuxedo ["he will be parachuting for your pleasure"]. Better luck next time!!!

8/10 With all the things we need to remember these days, isn't it astonishing that we still carry around the lyrics to these old sitcoms in our heads?
I agree with you! Lol
