When I was in high school at the start of the 70s, Mom decided my wardrobe was too dull (solid color, button-down Oxford-cloth and poplin shirts, plain slacks, etc.) so she took me out and bought a vast array of "fashionable" wear. Never wore a stitch of it except under direct orders. She finally gave up and declared I had "the best-dressed closet in Beverly Hills."

ERF! 6 out of 12. The problem is, some of these fashions could have crossed decades and I, not being any kind of a clotheshorse, failed miserably!
Fun to look back at the popular fashions I grew up with, although I didn't do so well, 6/12. Thought I was more fashion conscious, guess not.
