Been a while since I have watched practically every episode available but considering the time span, I was beat down this time but not defeated. It's my favorite show then closely followed by Bonanza and Gomer Pile. Love MERV. THX for many great years of enjoyment.

16/20. Hogans heroes was one of the best shows. The biggest stars were the German shepherds.I love the way they react to the Americans. Still makes me chuckle after all these years

Stammlager XIII-C (or Stalag 13) was an actual POW camp near Hammelburg Germany during WWII, housing some 30k prisoners. The same site had been a WWI POW camp as well.
General George S. Patton's son in law was among the prisoners held tgere in 1945.
