An article elsewhere about TV brides observed that Carol "bucked tradition" by wearing yellow instead of white. Well, not quite, she didn't. The rule no longer applies, but back then, the tradition was that white symbolized purity. It was allowable ONLY for first-time (presumably virgin) brides. For a second-time or non-virgin bride to wear white would have been considered a breach of etiquette. Now you know. If you wanted to.

I guess that makes me "King Of The Quizzes" on this site, just like on the series "Bones", where Hodges is always proclaiming himself "King Of The Lab". LOL!
