I believe that the answer to question #6 is not listed. Opie wasn't dressed up to go to a party. Malcom had him dress up for dinner at the Taylor home and then expected Andy to do the same. Then Barney showed up and made up some excuse about needing to go home and change into nicer clothes for dinner.
You might be confusing this episode with the first appearance of Malcolm in season 3. In that episode, after Andy realizes that he won’t be eating dinner without first taking a bath and getting into his suit, Opie tells his pa that it looks like we’re both in for some gracious living.
