7/10. I'm a Trek fan but there were 2 episodes that I absolutely hated - this one and "The Alternative Factor".

I don't like this episode but it's nice that Scotty is given the spotlight!

8/10. This episode was written by ventriloquist Shari Lewis & her husband Jeremy Tarcher.
Shari was hoping to be cast as Mira Romaine.
The Memory Alpha monitor room was also the control room set for "Whom Gods Destroy."
Scotty's usual uniform insignia is a spiral shape within the arrowhead design indicating Operations. However, in scenes where Mira is in the decompression chamber, the spiral shape is replaced by the intersecting globes which indicates the Sciences section.

I never noticed that about Scotty's uniform. 🤔

Did Lambchop direct this episode?

9/10 695/730. Disappointed that I missed #7. I really thought there were 100 life forms in that cloud.

6/10 “Highly Illogical”
Guess I’m not as big of a sci-fi geek as I thought I was

They should have named the 10 life forms. They were : Andy, Opie, Barney, Goober, Helen, Gomer, Thelma Lou, Aunt Bee, Otis, and Floyd. I did that from MEMORY.

Maybe this isn't a good time for you to be assigned to (your bad) MEMORY Alpha.

I must have had a brain center affected - missed #7 and #8.

"A disaster for the galaxy, Captain. The central brain is damaged. The memory core is burned out. The loss to the galaxy may be irretrievable."

AHEM: Ever heard of "offsite backup" Mr. Spock?
