Did these things happen in The Twilight Zone or Mayberry?
Both shows proved "timeless as infinity."

The Twilight Zone and The Andy Griffith Show each had their own approach, but both shows put a spotlight on man's best intentions. One just got way more dramatic about it than the other.
Think you can tell the difference between ordinary Mayberry mischief and the more complex moral grounds explored in The Twilight Zone.
See if you can pick the correct show every time. We suspect it may be harder than you think, so try and score 10/12 or better! Good luck!

I am a big fan of both these shows so I needn't tell you what I scored. Number 5 though is not entirely correct. It states that: "A town contends with a traveling handyman who is not as nice as he appears." But it was not the town of Mayberry that had to contend with the traveling handyman, who is played by notable actor Edgar Buchannan, but rather just the Taylor household.
12/12…actually a little TOO EASY, but cleverly put together. Both series share some interesting similarities.
You got 10 out of 12
Way to trust your mind's eye!
Missed #5 and #11.
#2 is portrayed wrong.
Opie didn't learn a tough lesson about charity.
It was the adults who learned a lesson about being humble, and what constitutes charity.

I got number 9 wrong, but I shouldn't have!
On the Andy Griffith show there was an episode ("Stranger in Town") in which a man had heard about Mayberry from a friend (who grew up in Mayberry) description and he decided to make Mayberry his "hometown", before he ever saw it in person.
He knew everyone in town, and Mayberry was just exactly as he "remembered" it to be.
I call foul!

#2 isn't completely correct. It's not the child who learns the tough lesson, it's the dad (Opie only donated 3 cents because he saves his money to buy a girl a coat she needs.)
12/12. I know less than nothing about Mayberry, but TZ is my favorite show of all time.
