100%. Glad we’re all on the same page. I love CHiPs. My favorites are when the slow speed chase involves a forklift. Emergency is also among my favorites. But right now I’m really loving Murder She Wrote. That’s Jessica, I would never want her to visit me. Everywhere she goes someone dies.
I watched about 15 minutes of the new Hawaii 5-0 one time. As Jack Lord would say at the end "Aloha"
100% looks like old school runs this survey.
90%. I haven't seen any of the new shows that were listed so i really have no criteria to judge with. I've seen all the old shows that were listed. Even if just a few episodes for some.
This shows they don’t make them like they used to !!!
Steve McGarrett was the greatest.
Steve McGarrett was the greatest.
It still amazes me how the head of a state police agency can be out on a murder investigation instead sitting behind a desk doing paperwork at the state capitol.
As a kid when H-50 came on CBS, they seem like Elliot Ness and The Untouchables, all Government but small unit.
Ironman,
You are right. Many people mistakenly believe 5-O was a big department but it was a
small elite unit, answerable only to the governor. The remake wasn't near as good,
at times I'd hear the lead's Aussie accent come through. I half expected him to say
"stone the crows", "she'll be right" and "the dingo stole my baby".

Being 65 and growing up watching these shows, I watch them now for the cars.
