10/10. Like fer sure. Like soooooo bitchin. Grew up in the San Fernando Valley in the 1980's. If you have never heard Moon Unit Zappas one hit wonder "Valley Girl". You need to YouTube it. Great song. Still holds up.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that maybe "Joanie" was for the character from Happy Days, which since it was set in the 50s, would make anyone "not in the know" 30 years later, a "Joanie". Lol.
