"What're ya gonna do with those pies, boys?"

Watch this movie. It's a good one for being 1951.

I can’t take credit for this. LoveMETV beat me. I admit I was typing slowly lol. And you are right, it’s a pretty good on for the 1950s.

Fantastic clips as usual. I watched two earlier today. Columbo was on form as usual. Some of the horror movie trailers were quite amusing. I may have to look up some of them. Loved WML. Another laugh out loud clip. Arlene was great and Alan was funny too. Thanks for posting them and doing the quiz.

When I was in high school (1976-1980, southeastern Michigan), we spent one English (?) class watching student films. Two of them were It Came From Hazel Park and its sequel, It Went To Madison Heights.

Movie Quiz 10-13-2023-Yep Friday The 13th.

It's bound to happen one day. What will you do then? Pray? Dig a hole? Take Cyanide? Or try as you may grab a flight on a space ship and get off planet Earth before it really becomes rubble. Can you just imagine billions wish to go but can't. Plus they wish you to act in a civil manner, humans? Will they have a lottery? Seriously? I am still trying to figure out where they are going to end up at? Okay its sci-fi so probably just a hidden planet that is habitable. All I can say is good luck, you're gonna need it.....Action--Sci-Fi--Thriller. Won Oscar for Special Effects.

The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes--I think he got a massive electrical shock from a room-sized computer (this was the sixties) and instead of getting killed, he absorbed all the computer's data. And the Elvis movie would be It Happened At The World's Fair.

3/10, ya know, it's harder to get them all wrong without trying than to get them all right trying hard.
