Really Andy the most inane show. An entire town that revolves around bolstering the fragile ego of a incompetent deputy. A city in the south that seems to have 1 black person. Star Trek broke color and gender barriers. Presented the problems of mixed race people and replacement of people with machines.
Andy harkened back to a past when white men were firmly on top Star Trek looked to a future when a black woman was on the bridge.

Well, I like all of 'em.
Especially these, in roughly this order: Munsters, Star Trek, Gilligan, Twilight Zone, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, Green Acres, Andy Griffith, Beverly Hillbillies, Batman, Hogan's Heroes, Gomer Pyle, Addams Family, Perry Mason, Lost in Space, Dick van Dyke, Mister Ed
