Number 9, Dickie Henderson? That was a tough one, I think Sullivan had him on to appeal
to his audience in other - British Commonwealth - countries. Don't forget in the 1960's many
nations easily had over 60% of their programs from America. Even today they carry much
US content, so your, say, average Aussie is much more familiar with the USA than the
average American is with Australia. The only Aussie show to make it big here then, and around
the world, was Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. Heck I watched it, I was in love with the girl
Clancy, as well as wanting a roo like Skip who could fly a helicopter when Jerry the pilot
passed out over Sydney Harbor.

10 of 10. Knew them all except for #9, Dickie Henderson. Sounded somewhat familiar, and I took an educated guess and lucked out. Watching Ed Sullivan, Sundays on METV definitely helped. Ed also starred George Carlin, Joan Rivers and John Byner, just to name a few others.
