Was Kurt Russell in THAT?!
The guy was in everything (or so it seems!)
Kurt Russell has referred to himself as a "plumber-actor." To him, acting is a craft to be learned just as any other profession. He plies his trade and tries to make the best movies possible.
He's been so many iconic characters: Snake Plissken, Elvis, Santa Claus.
But, he also had a lot of television work early in his career. So, take this quiz and see if you remember seeing Kurt Russell's face in each of these shows! Good luck, and be sure to share your favorite Kurt Russell role in the comments section below.

Love Kurt Russell. Such a long and varied career. His work with director John Carpenter -
"Escape From New York" "The Thing" and "Big Trouble in Little China" are my favourites.

When I see Kurt Russel currently, I think back on his broad career, especially on The Wonderful World of Disney that I watched every time I could as a kid.

No one mentioned "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes" Disney made 1969 is a favorite! is really a fun cool movie not to mention it also has the fact of showing a modern computer set up as it was start of having a screen to interface with and all that! this is a great Space Age Movie! also the other Disney ones he and the familiar cast were in back then etc! Ther was also "Cool Millions" released in 1968 with Peter Ustinov no Rusell was not in this one! but is also showing a modern set up of interfacing with a computer so you can see what you are doing as opposed to earlier much earlier having the punch cards print outs etc! They started visuals in the start of Space Age circa 1957 etc!
4 of 10.....was he on LAUGH-IN with Goldie?

My first comment on the new quiz: I got it on the first try but I have an issue: While the artist did record in '74. his partner didn't exist until 2 years later!
" Well they restored my posts,so I'm back! And let's make it clear: I approve of them deleting posts which are either racist or sexually explicit! What I don't approve of is deletion of posts simply because they might offend a small minority of people"

Glad to see you chose to come back. Not sure what posts you're referring too but that is your business and prerogative. As far as deleted posts go, I'm sure a few of us have had comments deleted from time to time. I'm sure I've had a few posts deleted over the time I have posted on these (boards, blogs, w/e one wishes to call them). I don't take it personally as it is their website, not really an approval/disapproval thing. I don't know if you have ever checked out the
"Svengoolie website". It is the same commenting system that is used on the MeTV's Stories and Quizzes. However one difference they have moderators ( as far as I can tell are Weigel employees) that monitor the site and comments do get deleted there from time to time. You can login to the Svengoolie website as you would here- same user/password as you use here. Just for perspective. Again it's Weigel's website and what they choose to delete is their right. Glad to see that you made the choice to stay.

Have you had the opportunity to check out the "Svengoolie" webpage? Not looking to squelch you, as it is your prerogative to post what you wish. However over on that portion of Weigels offerings, posts get deleted on a more frequent basis. Not quite sure why they have moderators monitoring that page and @ what point they added it. Guess it just "is what it is."
