Which do you like better: The music group or their members' solo careers?
Sometimes breaking up isn't so hard to do.
It's always a drag when a band decides to break up, but sometimes the musical projects they make on their own are actually better than anything they've ever done in a group.
Today, we're giving you a few different bands that have at one point broken up, and you decide whether you prefer them as a group or solo artists! Some of these bands have broken up and then gotten back together, so when you see a band like that on the list, please take their new music as a group into consideration when making your decision!

95%.I never liked Simon and Garfunkel, I never heard if The Smith's. I guess when I got The Smith's question at the lower end is when I got the 95%. I don't like Stevie Nick's I never listened to Led Zeplin to my knowledge.
86% similar, Christine McVies solo music was amazing, what a lovely lady and that voice too. God Bless Her.
93% similar only because you could only pick one answer per question. The Eagles are my all-time favorite group but I also love everything that Don Henley, Glen Frey, Joe Walsh and Randy Meisner did on their own. They were an amazingly talented group of artists that were lucky enough to hook up and make some of the best music ever.

88% similar... but with the groups MeTV chose, I think the majority of those responding would prefer the group's efforts over their solo works...
Yet to be fair, there are a lot of solo efforts from individual band members (actually Simon and Garfunkel were a duo, NOT a band) they hold up well.
A few examples (although there are *way* too many to list here): "Late in the Evening" or "You Can Call Me Al" by Paul Simon; "All I Know" by Art Garfunkel"; "Imagine" by John Lennon; "Sea of Love" by Robert Plant's Honeydrippers (I never knew he could sing that well without screaming, LOL!); "Edge of Seventeen" by Steve Nicks; "The Boys of Summer" by Don Henley; "You Belong to the City" by Glen Frey; "Harlem Shuffle" by Mick Jagger and David Bowie; "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins; "Show Me the Way" by Peter Frampton; "Baker Street" by Gerry Rafferty... even Buddy Holly was great with and without the backing of The Crickets...
You get the point...
