You're a winner if you remember who hosted these game shows

Thank you, Johnny Gilbert.

 Warner Brothers

Ok folks, here's what you're playing for:

A 20-volume set of the Encyclopedia International, a case of Turtle Wax, and a year's supply of Rice-a-Roni, the San Francisco treat!*

All you have to do is tell us who hosted these game shows! That's it! That's all you have to do!

We'll name a game show, maybe qualify it with some dates or a hint, and then it's up to you to figure it out. You don't even need to present it in the form of a question. Good luck, and be sure to share your score in the comments section below.

(*You're actually just playing for bragging rights. We're not even sure that they still print the Encyclopedia International.)

  1. Who hosted Celebrity Bowling?
  2. Who was the original Wheel of Fortune host?
  3. Who was the original host of Jeopardy?
  4. When The $10,000 Pyramid debuted in 1973, who was at the helm?
  5. Regis Philbin hosted Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Which Jimmy hosted the reboot?
  6. Before Wayne Brady hosted Let's Make a Deal, who had the job in 1963?
  7. Who hosted To Tell the Truth from 1956 to 1968?
  8. Card Sharks originally ran on CBS from 1978 to 1971. Who hosted in those years?
  9. Which of these celebrities hosted Family Feud between Richard Dawson and Steve Harvey?

6/10 I know Chuck Woolery was the original host of Wheel of Fortune before Pat Sajak took over and now it's Ryan Seacrest wasn't a fan of him but I get used to the new host.

8️⃣ To tell the truth Bud Collyer, Bill Cullen, Bob Eubanks, Art Fleming, Tom Kennedy, Allan Ludden,
Peter Marshall, Groucho Marx, Garry Moore, Gene Rayburn and John Daly were all awesome. I wish GSN would air some of the classics instead of their original content.

7 out of 10. A couple of these were guesses.

7/10 a lot of lucky guesses. I can still remember that episode of The Odd Couple with Jack Klugman and Tony Randall; they were contestants on Let's Make a Deal with Monty Hall. There was a scene when they had to decide whether to keep the can of squid they were holding or trade it for what was behind the curtain. Felix said "Keep the squid!" and Oscar replied "Who are you, Jacques Cousteau!" So funny! It's funny how certain lines from shows stick with you.😁 MeTV should run The Odd Couple shows.

I would love to see the Odd Couple! My usual ask is METV put something different on at 7 Monday to Friday.

That's a great idea. That would be a great time-slot for it.

Me either. I would love to see it again.

I grew up in the 1970s, I don't remember the name of the game show, but it featured a giant pinball machine. Anyone know?

I had to look it up. It was called The Magnificent Marble Machine. I’ve never heard of it.

7/10. Used to walk home from school for lunch and watch Jeopardy with Art Fleming hosting with my mom.
