There was rarely a dull moment in the Cleaver household on Leave It to Beaver.
Whether it was car trouble, sports moments or a number of childhood jobs, something was always going on around the house.
Like most kids, Beaver wanted several pets and did what he could to try and get one. Whether it was by design or happenstance, Beaver took advantage whenever a pet dog, alligator or monkey was around. Sounds right, doesn't it? The show even captured the Fifties' love-hate relationship with pet rats!

Anyone else not receive METV from Dish Network anymore? No Beaver or Twilight Zone or Svengoolie. Or Honeymooners or Alfred Hitchcock either. METV: Please settle with DISH, and put it back on. Please!!!

If you have a converter you may be able to pick up MeTV over the air. The website www.ontvtonight.com has listings for over the air channels if you select 'Antenna'. For example, ABC here in Eugene, Oregon, is on Channel 9.1 and MeTV is on 9.2. The MeTV website https://www.metv.com/looking-for-metv has information you may find useful.
I still get MeTV on Dish but I’m also west coast - maybe that’s why??

3/8. I didn't have that many pets when I was a kid. We had a couple of dogs & a cat for awhile. My dad liked the dogs but hated the cat. It kept waking him up at all hours by sitting on his chest or back while he slept. It was kind of funny to the rest of us but he didn't like it so much.
