John Kolocos was perfect as Kor. He was great in Battlestar Galactica also.

9 for 10. Maybe not my favorite episode, but pivotal because it introduced the Klingons.

I tend to be highly illogical to Spock on most of these Star Trek quizzes.

Missed number 8.
One of my favorite episodes.
"Pure Energy" "Fascinating!" 🖖🪐🚀🛸🖖
Don't feel too bad. As I pointed out elsewhere, that name isn't given in this episode or anywhere else in the original series.
Thank you CaptajnDunsel.
Seen that episode hundred of times, don't recall hearing the name of the Klingon home world. 🖖🤔🖖

10/10. I liked this episode because of the power the Organians had over the humans and Klingons and they lived in a totally peaceful society without the need for conflict.

10/10. Another fine first season episode.
Director of this episode John Newland hosted & directed episodes of Alcoa Presents: One Step Beyond. OSB was an anthology series about the paranormal that were based upon true events.
The Jerusalem city built in 1927 for Cecil B. DeMille's King of Kings feature film was used as the Organian village.
First appearance of the Klingons. They were created as a new foe for the Federation of Planets because the makeup was easier and less costly to do compared to the Romulans. D.C. Fontana said that the production never thought that the Klingons would catch on the way they did.
John Colicos (Kor) worked with makeup artist Fred Philips in devising the look for the Klingon race. Genghis Khan was used as an inspiration.
These Are The Voyages: TOS, Season One by Marc Cushman.
Very interesting MichaelPowers. I use to have the DVD set of "One Step Beyond" with John Newland. Forgot he directed this episode of Star Trek. Fantastic episode, one of my favorites. Loved John Colicos in this episode. He played a marvelous Klingon officer. 🖖
