Sounds like you had a busy day. Thanksgiving day was always busy when I was a kid, but most of my family is gone now. It's just a nice, easy day for me.

My Thanksgiving was in October and it was lovely. 😁

I posted all the movies above an their links above except for two which I will have later tonight when I can log back into IA for them

Movies above lacking two links.

Copied the movies you have links for. Finished FredFlix earlier. I love to see the old magazine covers and the old ads. WML was fun. I figured they wouldn’t get either of the guests’ occupations but I thought for sure they would get the mystery guest. I will try to get back on here later to copy the last two movies. Thanks for the quiz and the early clips. Much appreciated.

I agree with that. Two days ago it was not too bad. 60's for a high. and 40's or so for the low. Yesterday it was close to 60 but this morning it hit 30. For the next couple of days we will have not so warm days (low 50's at best) though nights not getting to the low 30's. Then come to 60's for a couple of days then back to the doldrums of low 50's/mid to low 30's at night. Afterwards we will be in the low 60's again (not too bad). Went out last night to close my garage and felt like it was freezing (not really but around 35 just after midnight, brrrrr. Not forgetting a few years ago when we had 1 degree in early Feb I think it was. Went like 4 days without getting much above 25. Pipes burst in couple of places, sucks.

Right—Storm URI—since now they MUST be p.c. and name EVERY weather event! We had so much snow & ice it was crazy! We have had snow & ice in my life in Texas since I was a baby, but this was different. And we are right about 100 miles from Galveston! We didn’t have any burst pipes, but we dripped water non-stop. We also were lucky to have a REAL fireplace and plenty of wood. But we did have 6-8 hrs no electricity then 4-6 hrs with electricity.
I had to find hotels for both sons. Younger son was at SHSU and he and his roommate were literally freezing in their 2nd story apartment—they didn’t have electricity for 36 hrs. At that point I phoned the university hotel and they had electricity and plenty of rooms. I booked them a room and they packed and walked the 8 blocks—it was safer. They took my son’s cat too.
My older son had rolling blackouts at TAMU but his downstairs flooded from a neighbor who didn’t drip water. I called the Aggie hotel and got them a room. Both had to stay a week in the hotels—State Farm reimbursed it.
I loved the snow, but I think all the future snow in my life needs to be in pictures—I’m cold-natured year round—always wear socks! I was miserable in 2021.
I have to watch Rudolph before I return, so see you in a bit!

Tonight's early bird vids are up now. Along with coming movies for next week. I have also added one movie for tonight I did not have on last weeks list The Dark Knight (2008) #3 movie of all time. Plus upcoming movies one will be The Godfather (1972) #2 movie of all time. I have the other two which I will add in the other MQ nights. Some sleepers along with greats of the past. The Blind Side-- North To Alaska just some coming in the future and of course Gunfight At O.K. Corral.

I’ve watched some of the clips and as usual they are excellent! Wonderful music and some fantastic trailers. I can’t believe The Godfather is 50 years old! I’m going to continue watching before the quiz.

Love the scene when Bones "Spock, I'm just an old country doctor" and Mr. Spock replies, "yes, doctor as I have always suspected" love Spocks sense of humor.

8/10. Shoulda aced this. They still never figured out why Chekhov was not effected by the rapid aging.

Yes they did, it was because he was frightened by what he saw and the adrenaline went through his body.

Question 9 is misprinted, it should be Commodore not Commander.

10/10. Hey quiz, where were you late last night when I was looking for you? Come on now. "Let's get crackin'."

It wasn't until my Grandpa started behaving just like Kirk does that this one sit me in the face. Some of the best acting and makeup of the whole series.
