Did Mel Blanc voice this character?

From Merrie Melodies to Hanna-Barbera, did we hear Blanc in these cartoons?

12/14. Would've gotten 14/14 but I hit false on Wile E. Coyote and Jabberjaw.

You got 10 out of 14 - You "soy-tainly" know your Blanc characters! Nice work! Knew about half and took an educated guess on the others so I'll take this score.

14.14. Mel Blanc is a legend whose talents could be copied, but never fully replicated. Dude could sing in and out of character and do the rare feat of mimicking one of his characters in-character in the same scene. He was a genius.

14! All I did was recall the characters voice to see if it matched Mel's. It worked.

And the two that nobody is talking about are Bullwinkle (Bill Scott) and Popeye (Billy Costello and Frank Mercer). By including Wile E Coyote, they were probably hoping to catch people who only remember the character as mute (they could have added another non-Warner, non-HB, non-speaking toon like the Pink Panther, who it seems did talk in some appearances, voice provided by first Rich Little and later Matt "Max Headroom" Frewer).
I believe it was Jack Mercer as Popeye. Except for once/a few times
during the war when Mae "Olive Oyl" Questel filled in.

I don't know that he did voice Woody. Originally, it was Walter Lanz' wife, Grace who voiced him.
